Ingkaarta Davey Inkamala died on the 11 September, 2013 after 38 years as an ordained pastor. He was still leading worship at his Kwala Kwala community homeland in the last few days before he died.

Meet Pastor David Kuss, the newest pastor to join the ranks of Finke River Mission (FRM). Pastor David is the first fulltime ‘fly in fly out’ Pastor that FRM has ever had.

Sponsored by the Protestant Church of Hesse and Nassau in Germany and at the invitation of the FRM, I was able to serve at Hermannsburg, working for the Bethlehem Lutheran Congregation.

Haasts Bluff is 227 kilometres west of Alice Springs. The community lies on a rough dirt road leading to nowhere in particular. But something good is happening at Haasts Bluff.
